Primula vulgaris

I know it's 'only' our native primrose but if it was rare, we'd be drooling over it and selling our souls to get it. I rescued the original plant from woodland that was about to disappear under a housing estate over 20 years ago, and now it seeds around everywhere - including in a sunny alpine bed of coarse gravel over a membrane (no soil at all)

Hello Andrew...
I've added this to a new GoYpedia category I've made called Weed Suppressing Membranes..... I would be very pleased if you would let me know if you have other suitable pictures or blogs for this category. Thanks.
