Yes it is Constances but last year the flower was 12" taller and looked splended

Mine is just showing colour to the buds.....it wasn't very tall last year either......

The dry weather was (and still is, at the moment) hard on a lot of moisture loving plants. Quite a few are smaller than usual here. Still, beautiful flowers.
