Japanese maple, behind the log shed. (Acer palmatum (Japanese maple))

One of my several acers..this one is behind the log shed, at the bottom of the bund.
Another bargain supermarket buy last year.
Leaves opening up nicely, lovely orange and gold colouring before the green transformation.

Thanks Paul, the supermarkets were upping their game during the first lockdown last year, due to GC’s being closed. Thankfully, it benefited us all at times..

The acers are so attractive with their different colours and leaves. Lovely to see the colours appearing in the trees again too.
