Agave Blooming

Very nice, I would love to get one to flower, but I don't think it's going to happed!

Thanks! This is a smaller species of agave, it blooms I see them blooming every year (of course not the same plant).

The Agave attenuata plant are blooming all over, also. More so than I ever remember in the past.

This Agave is not the century plant. Agave americana (Century plant) blooms in summer and takes from 15 to 30 years to bloom. It grows wild in so many canyon areas here, that there's thousands in bloom every summer.

Yes, there's so many species and varieties of Agave...and all seem to grow here. :>)

mine are all tucked away for the winter but there are a few growing outside locally. they are an amazing plant and i so enjoy collecting them..:-)
