The Plant Files #5 - Aloe barbadensis (Aloe barbadensis)

Not such a good pic I'm afraid. The leaves are going purple anyway - which apparently is a sign of potassium and Phosphorus deficiency - and it's ridiculously pot-bound. Ah well - it's too spiky to do anything with, and seems to be going fine regardless.
