Picture of a 23 feet 2 inch Amaranthus australis (giant amaranth) grown in Ewing, New Jersey, 2007. This amaranth is listed in the 2009 Guinness Book of World Records. The giant amaranth is native of the south eastern United States and the largest of all amaranth.
