Androsace lanuginosa

Androsace lanuginosa (Androsace lanuginosa)

An alpine plant in my trough - flowering in late summer.

What lovely little flowers! They remind me of forget-me-not or Brunnera blooms, but in pink! I love the little solid yellow centers!

The foliage is grey-green, and it creeps - it seems happy in a gritty soil in my trough. Lots of buds to come, as well. :-))

I looked at it yesterday - it's covered in flowers now, after a day of sunshine. I don't suppose it'll enjoy the pouring rain, though! :-(((
