Brugmansia - Angel's Trumpets

This Angel's Trumpets tree was 30ft - 10m tall! It's too bad it wasn't in full bloom. Photo taken Quail Botanical Gardens (or San Diego Botanical Gardens) in Encinitas, CA. on Sept. 4, 2012.

I hope your plant blooms soon!
Brugmansia grows very large, tree-like up in Central California, where it's cooler.
Angel's Trumpets grow, bloom best in late fall through early spring. My plants look horrible right now in the extremely hot, humid weather we've been having for the last 7 weeks.
Did you ever see this beautiful, very large Angel's Trumpets plant? It's was blooming in June of 2010, when San Diego had the coolest summer in about 100 years.

Visited a tropical/english garden this weekend, they had a 30ft Brugmansia which was past it's best, it had over 100 blooms this year, still waiting for ours, it does have flower buds!!
