They were easy to grow from seed - I have the lilac one as well, both from the same packet. I've got separate packets of seeds waiting to be sown atm.

my first sortie for many years in seed growing wasnt too successful Im afraid. Still I will try again..
My only success was catananche about 10 years ago..they didnt last long in my garden for some reason, but the ones I gave to my friend are still going strong.

When I sowed a trayful, I had such a lot germinate, then I pricked out far too many, so I was giving them away to anyone who came near me! If it had been in the last three years, I'd have known what to do with them, wouldn't I! ;-)
