The Autograph tree has such nice plastic-looking flowers. Photo taken Aug. 21, 2012 in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA.

Exactly. The shrub is loaded with flowers. In the true tropics this plant becomes a large tree to more than 50ft/16m tall. Here in subtropical San Diego it only grows to about 20ft/6m tall.

Yes, it is a place to keep things you want to remember or want to do in the future, ideas, things like that, but the pin is linked back to this. I pin most of my pics on succulents there as well.
