I gave all the coffee cherries to a former GoY member here in San Diego. He can enjoy the beans and make his couple of cups of coffee with the seeds (coffee beans). :>)

Ah-ha-ha. Thought they were cranberries when I first looked lol.

They do look similar to cranberries. However, cranberries don't grow here (as far as I know). Most cranberries grow in the Northeastern U.S.

I bet you do, yes it lucky you got the seedlings you can have a bigger crop with more seedlings.

I think my coffee tree took 5 years before it started flowering.

Thats what gardening is all about patuents you will have joy at the end while watching it grow.

Yes, definitely patients...I think if a coffee plant is planted directly into the ground it takes 3 years for it flower.
