It looks so nice and dramatic in that spot.
Do you protect it in winter Dottydaisy? I got one in the summer and left it outside . We are not going to be home until April and I am wondering if it will survive.
Depends how cold the winter will get, I guess. Last year my New Zealand Flax (Phormium sp.) did not survive.
We are zone 8 but it had to get colder for period of time.

That's a lovely cordyline. I remember them all being hit four years ago, but most of them regret from the base, even up here.
