Hi Terratoonie, Rosie says hello too. The dog is called Suki. Not sure what she is exactly, but there's a lot of corgi in her. Got her when she was 5, from a home where she had been mistreated. Locked in cupboards and hit a lot. Believe it or not she's 17 now. She's got a cancerous growth on her left side. Took her to the vets about 3 months ago. They wouldn't operate because of her age, so we decided to bring her home (where she's happy) for what we were told would be 2/3 weeks at most. As you can see from the photo, she's still with us and doing what dogs do, just a bit slower! We have another dog called Patch. I'll let you see him another time. Enjoy your day, Phil.

Hi Phil ~
Thanks for telling me about Suki. That's amazing how she is still soldiering on... I can see the Corgi in her.. Glad you have been able to give her so many happy years after her sad start in life... Hi to Rosie and Patch also...

Lovely to see your plant with Suki underneath! TT pointed me in this direction. Suki looks a bit like my Chloe who is a cross between a jack russell and a Dachshund. Their faces look very similar. Chloe will be 16 at the end of June. Glad you rescued Suki and have given her 'the good life'.
