Flowering for the first time. I bought the bulb at Keukenhof Gardens in 2012. I moved it once as close to the bungalow wall and it was too dry, needs moisture in summer, but I protect it overwinter with a mulch.

I am pleased it has flowered, worth the wait. It stays in leaf all year and I wrap it it sheeps' fleeece to keep it warm overwinter, with a small sheet of glass over the top, to keep it dry.
