Orange Dahlia. I don't like Dahlias much, but am loathed to dump. Have given away tubers, but it still persists.

Well, I would like to have this one, it's lovely. Dawn, you could do like me and grow them in pots and just move them in to the greenhouse for the winter. That way you won't need to lift them at all until they outgrow their pots.

I dislike particularly the big pom-poms types, but the singles are OK, although they have to be lifted here for the winter. This was from seed of one of Bishops Children.

Dd, this is the same one that I 'disposed' of to you. I just had one small tuber left, look at it now.

All Dahlias would have to be lifted here for winter, have tried in the past leaving them in, but they just don't survive. This will be lifted first frost, dried off. Then off to its new home.

It likes you. ?.
I like dahlia but I don't bother with them as I would have to lift them and I can't be bothered, they would not a over winter in my cold, damp clay.
