I've had these 3 for 3 years now outside at the front of a sunny border. I lost a forth, an orange the first winter.

I give it a bit of overhead winter protection from wet. As someone pointed out, the flower close each night and open in the morning, when the sun comes out.

Dd, wet is the killer for these succulents, not my Crassula though.
