Lol,I was getting "Cork tree" on Google. Good thing images had it for what is it Erythrina falcata.
One of the nicest tree's I never planted but should have.
In the background- the Auracaria is awesome too. You never see them like that here. Which one is that?

Next time I'll post the bothanical name to avoid mistakes, but yes the translation to corticeira is cork tree, also known here as "marrequinha"(little mallard), because of the shape of the flowers.
Many araucarias in this region. These trees are part of the preservation legislation and it is forbidden to cut them.
For some inexplicable reason I like araucarias very much, they make me feel cozy.
Maybe in my previous encarnation I was a monkey. :)
