Erythronium caucasicum - 2016

Earliest of the erythroniums to flower, this comes from the Caucasus mountains. Needs a moist, but not waterlogged, humus-rich soil in half shade. Related to E. dens-canis, but the flowers are much larger. Very slow to increase.
