Hebe babies!

I had to remove a dead Hebe (pinguifolia, I think) from my garden recently which looked like it had had a very hard life, growing almost horizontally due to the wind (in the days before we moved in and got a new fence), and then last winter just did it in. It was a shame, as it had flowered beautifully the previous May. Imagine my pleasure when I dug it out and found sheltered underneath its branches the next generation of Hebes!
