This had a little trouble opening today because of rain, but it finally made it, the first time this year. 4", TET, reblooms, semievergreen.

It also has another scape which should start tomorrow! The real fun starts next year when my plants from seed start :)

I've just noticed today that I have a scape on 'Changing Latitudes' another new one bought this spring that I haven't seen flower, bet the weather doesn't stay good long enough for it to develope :-(

Gone on to my favs W...I love this one...I have 2 seed-grown ones from last year, each has a real good scape...The seed was 'Gillian x Wildflower'.....maybe flowers next year?

Motinot: Be sure to give your plants an extra year for the true flowers to develop. I am still expecting one from seed that was started this year, and they don't come true the first time. I have over 450 plants from seed that I hope will flower next year.
Simbad: You're lucky you don't have problems with the dormant types. I have a few, and I'm waiting to see if they perform well. Maybe the windchill from winter winds over 50KPH will help.

Yes we are very lucky here they do all do very well,a lot looked pretty mushy after last winter, even the evergreens died back, but all except 1 resprouted(and that was a new variety I'd never seen for sale before) only ever lost 2 and the other was one I bought that arrived with such a tiny amount of root I'm not surprised it died, mind you I do like to buy from sellers who have trialled their varieties in this country first.
