I have Eight Miles High, and the first year it was very disappointing. This year, it had a white edge, but no teeth. Then it has started reblooming and there are a mouthful. Heat can also affect it (it finally got to the mid-20's here). Yours should be spectacular when it does get them.

Thanks for the advice on the toothy ones Wylie, I've been disappointed by Eight Miles High too its a really funny colour not sure what I'd call it, the outside of the buds where quite nobbly so I thought teeth!!!!! but like yours it just as a slight white edge and hasn't opened fully yet, we definitely haven't had the heat so I'm not holding out for teeth this year, I'll post a picture later of what mine looked like yesterday.

Move it, but with as much dirt and roots as possible. And don't divide. Doubles and those with teeth are very sensitive to root disturbance. The one I posted today of Soldier of Fortune has been in the same place for 18 months and is only now in thus years rebloom that teeth are starting to appear. Next year it should be fantastic.
