Heuchera 'Berry Smoothie'

Im growing this as well Spritz...lovely intense colour..:>)

I got it from our member Vicky at the Malvern Show in the spring. She'd showed us a pic of one, and I knew I wanted it! It really is a beauty, isn't it, Cinders and Motinot. Pip - i don't know anbout Heucheras in your part of the world...can you grow them?

Definitely a beauty Spritz, and another good one is Georgia Peach, which came through the winter unscathed.

I don't think i've got that one, Cinders...One of my Heucherellas is dying, though. Not sure why. :-((

Have you got it in full sun Spritz as some of them prefer a little shade. Could be something eating the roots perhaps ? I had to move one of mine earlier in the year because something was getting at it, and unfortunately I didnt move it early enough because I couldnt save it

No - it's in light (dappled) shade. I might dig it up and see, now you've said that. Thanks. I fear it's too far gone, though. :-(((

Well if you can't save it - excuse to buy another one. But you might be surprised.

I think it's 'Kimono'....I have an 'Alabama Sunrise' in a pot waiting for a home, so that might go in the space until I see if 'Kimono' survives.

Click on 'my garden' and page 14 - it's under 'x Heucherella 'Kimono'. A pretty one...:-((

Never seen Heucheras in my garden centre, or at least never knew what they were! Will keep a lookout.

They are lovely foliage plants. So many diffferent ones. :-)
