Pale blue bluebells

I rather like this pale shade. :-)

Lovely,mine aren,t showing flowers yet.

The rest have been in flower for a while; these suddenly decided to come on up! My clumps planted last year 'in the green' have no sign of buds. :-(

What a lovely colour - the ones i have i am pretty sure are the dreaded spanish variety but they are every colour and shade between pink white and purple that you can imagine - i really love them spanish or not!

So do I - and I don't think they are doing any harm in a private garden miles from any native bluebells! I believe that it's when they get too close and cross-pollinate that the harm is done.

as far as i am awear the nearest 'bluebell wood' is about 3 miles away, i am hoping this is not too close, although i am close to London, we do have a fair amount of countryside if you head in the oposit direction - well until you get to the next town lol
