Falls are more purple than the photo shows, slight streaking on the standards, slight sweet scent.

Yes, I think it depends on soil conditions, and the zone. For instance, I am so disappointed in 'Peach Jam', all photos show purple streaking to some degree, mine none. It is a pretty flower though I didn't want another plain pink.

I think this is called Best Bet. My gardening friend along the road got this 10+ years ago from T&M.
