How fantastic that you're able to grow such a selection of Mediterranean plants so successfully.

This is so pretty,Bernieh..is it local to your region ? I haven't heard of it before...sorry,I'm on catch up..we were away when you posted some pics..dreary wet and cold here,so an ideal day to take a look :o)

Bloomer, no it's not local to my region. It's commonly known as Brazilian Plume Flower, native to South America, and comes in white and various shades of pink.
I've heard the weather has turned horrible over there in so many places.

Thanks Bernieh..it certainly has..we have fared better than a lot of places, but North Yorkshire is on Amber alert at the moment and expected to get worse ! Still some silly devils trying to get through flooded roads, despite 'road closed' signs ! ..I haven't a lot of sympathy for them,to be honest,as others are taking a big risk, having to try and tow them out..!

Totally agree about those silly sods without an ounce of common sense. There's always a tale to tell here too during out wet season about someone having to be rescued because they drove into flooding creeks or rivers.

Hi, I have noticed your copyright. Does "MyDryTropicGarden" mean, that All flowers which you showed here, grow in tropical dry climate?
