I don't think they do, Sticki - this is up on the raised bank, so I'd have to climb up to find out. The shrub sends up suckers - well, it's supposed to! The one in a garden up the lane is like a thicket! I don't mind if it does, either - there's plenty of room to do that, so I'd be pleased.
