Have flowered non stop, so pleased we decided to grow them this year, they are planted under standard rose Lady of Shalott.

Thanks both, how odd Gralew, could one be in a collar which might be strangling the plant....or vine weevils?

Can't see any sign of Vine weavil,might take it out and check the root system, shouldn't be anything amiss, they were plants that I overwintered from last year.

Good selection you have there Dd, I planted two of the brown ones in my border,one flowering profusley, the other.... not a sign of a flower! don't know whats going there!!!
