lovely. I love the crinkly petals, like tissue paper. then when they open fully, the bees come along and get covered with the dark pollen

it is a beautiful plant, even if the flowers don't last long. This plant has been in for over three years now, Gt.
I'm waiting for 'Patty's Plum' to reappear now - and hope she obliges on my open days!!!

reminds me of silk taffeta. Mine are still in very tight bud. fingers crossed for patty :o)
