Very similar to 'Thorn'...but I couldn't decide which one to buy, so I bought both of them!!

They were NOT expensive, because the Garden Centre where I went have a Nursery and grow a lot of their stock! £3.99 each can't be bad, can it?

Thats good Barbara , I have loads of Penstemon cuttings in my newly acquired greenhouse I hope they all take !

Yes, so have I! Did you do yours in compost or water? Mine seem to 'take' better in water, but rot in compost.

I always do them in compost Barbara , Also I find they layer very well in the soil around them if you just peg them down they root quite quickly ...
Plants seem to be dying off quickly this year , I think it's a lack of water , it's been very dry here this summer .......all the more reason for taking more cuttings .........

This is adorable - looks like the petals have been painted with watercolour.

Thanks - now you know why I couldn't resist it!
It certainly hasn't been too dry here, Amy! It's the wind that has killed off the flowers in my garden!
