I seeeeeeee you. ;o)

LOL! Do you see all the pink flower spikes, also? There's many more flower spikes still developing. Right now, some of the plumeria trees around my neighborhood are still in full bloom. With the very hot and dry weather (we've been having) they're blooming like crazy!

Yes I see all the pink flowers.....and I'm jealous.
Mine haven't bloomed yet. I'm a little worried, the weather changed from hot and sunny to cool with rain. I moved the two Plumeria's that have flower spikes under my balcony. They look almost ready to open!

Don't be jealous...soon you'll see lots of blooms on your plumerias.
Plumerias bloom until December here in San Diego. Not sure how long they would bloom at your latitude. They will bloom as long as the weather is warm.

The weather man said = don't put your summer clothes away yet. That sounds really nice. We all loved the rain this week but after three days.....we want the sun back!

That's great that you're receiving some rain! It's better than having a severe drought.
We usually have hot and very dry weather this time of year (which we've been having). Although, today we're suppose to get some showers, which is very early in the season. However, we need the rain so badly here. The soil is like concrete.

Meanie:
Yes, I'm always showing off for you. LOL!
This was taken in the evening just before the sun was going down. Part of my tree was in the shade.
The days are getting shorter...it's almost completely dark by 7:15 p.m. now.

About 6.45pm here at the moment, but the clocks will soon change.

Yes, the dreaded change of the clocks! We don't change our clocks back until Nov 3rd. a week after you change it in Europe. In spring we change our clocks forward two weeks before in Europe. I'm not sure why this is...
In Hawaii and Arizona they never change their clocks. In California, for years the people have been fighting to keep our clocks on Day Light Saving's time all year. One day it'll happen.

Don't make the days any longer though................
11 Oct, 2013
That's true; however, the nights here at 32º latitude N. are definitely not as long as where you live and the sun is higher in the sky during the winter. I do know during the summer the days at your latitude 51.5° N is much longer than here.
The day lengths don't change much in Hawaii, during winter, because of the latitude, which is between 18.9° and 21° N.
