My very large plumeria tree is flowering now. It loves all the heat and humidity we've been getting the last month or so. Photo taken July 9, 2017.

Yes, that's why plumeria trees are so popular here. Some have even larger flower spikes which are held higher above the foliage.

I saw a large potted Plumeria here Andy,today. It was more branched then mine,a bit taller...but thinner stems. Not in bloom yet. I could see it was in too much shade right now. It must have been moved recently. At a mobile home park.
This whole tropical theme..is working in more by the day.

I know there must be some large plumeria trees in the SF Bay Area in protected areas. I know they are very easy to grow in pots there.
The plumeria trees here are in full bloom now. It's been so hot and humid here! Yuck!

Stunning lovely colour I love the way the flower stand up from the foliage like a vase of flowers.
