Prunus x cistena - 2012 (Prunus x cistena)

Dwarf flowering cherry (more of a shrub than a tree) reaching about five feet. Likes a sunny position. I have found it needs a good, moisture retentive soil to grow well.

This looks really interesting...I'm looking for shrubs which have eye appeal but will withstand the vagaries or my climate zone...3b North America.

Very pretty Andrew . . . thought 'Kojo no mai' was the only dwarf. Learn something on here every day!
