It might be Peace. I do not know if it's still available, as it was first introduced in the forties.

Costas@ It is available, Costas. Peace rose was sent by rosarians to all over the world during the war in order to secure this breed. In former Czechoslovakia it was one of the most popular roses after WW. My godfather had dozens of stems and they were there till 2006, so I know how they look like. But there is possibility, that some can change due to different climates (Australia vs central Europe) or they are mixed up with similar roses. This one on the pic looks really small, but it might be relative.

Katarina, this is not so small. I went out (in the rain) and measured. I have one fully opened and it is over 5" ....14cm. I made a picture of it as well. It is little bit over the hill but I will post it and see what you think.
I bought it in our local GC as Peace. (and I did read on the interesting history of it)
Thank you Costas for your comment.

Hello Klahanie, sorry, I didnĀ“t want to trouble you. I believe to you that you have Peace rose. Disadvantage is that from a close photo you cannot say much about the whole plant. Full opened Peace rose is -measuring approximately - of the size of an opened adult palm. When it is fully opened , its petals have neon/rainbow reflections.

It is a beautiful rose...this is a young plant and I hope that it will stay with me for long time. I have it protected against the deer with motion activated sprinkler :=)
So far it worked.
I posted an opened peace rose for comparison.

I wonder if this is really Peace rose. Maybe it is in early stage of flower development, but Peace rose I know has much larger "head" and really a good bunch of petals, too.
