Nearly bought this one earlier on in the season, isnt is luscious?

Flowers for a long time too - and not many thorns. This one is in the front garden and has not attacked the postman once.

Perhaps Mme Carriere has a soft spot for him..........

She'd have to be quick, he's like a greyhound on steroids.

Another cracking choice of rose Wagger. In my last garden I had two flowers on Christmas day one year. One rose I couldn't be without - I planted one bareroot this November - roll on next May !!! :~))

Only problem with it Muddy, is having to absolutely butcher it once every three or four years to bring it back to 'controllable'. As I've got two I do one one year and the other one the next year so still have plenty of flowers.

Bought it at last, cannot wait to see it in flower........
