Salvia 'Phyllis Fancy'

Ten days on from when I first posted a photo of Phyllis, when I thought that it was incorrectly labelled. Now the flowers have open to white, the outer calyx has remained purple.

Not completely white, but I like it now, although I think it will be a tender one. Already have a replacement cutting if it doesn't come through the winter outside.

S.leucantha (one of the parents) is borderline hardy here. S.chiapensis (the other) is not.

This one is expendable. It is in quite a windy site. I have a rooted cutting inside.
