What a shame to have to pull out this plant which was in a container, but still flowering well. I had to, though, to get the bulbs in.

No, I don't think so - they're annuals, aren't they. I just gritted my teeth and took them out. :-((

They take light frost here, but not much lower than -2 C.

Well - it had to go, Tug, or I wouldn't have had any spring colour in my pot. :-(

I have to choose spring bulbs that will have finished by mid-May at the latest, so that I can replant my pots ready to open the garden in June! The plants for doing that have to be ready to go straight in, too. It's a real juggling act, Tug.
