First photo with my new camera. I have to reduce the file each time.

I have to do that with my new camera too. It's a nuisance :o((((((
I know we've had a lot of rain, but I do like to see raindrops on things :o)

I am going to see if I have a choice of file size on the camera Hywel. Thanks Paul. It is over 35 years old but I have managed to rejuvenate it this year. The rain is this summers look.

A trim on camera will probably do the trick Linda. You never know with these cameras what new powers they have till you start using them. No more nice little handbooks either to help you on your way. Every single TV feature this year shows wet ground. Usually round here all is buff coloured by July.

The camera has a built in handbook Dorjac in case you forget something while in the wilds of Britain!!!!! We are very busy with work at the moment....new commissions, and I am off to Cornwall with my sister and nieces in a couple of days. I am taking the old camera as Barry needs to document some work, which is why we needed the new camera. I will get to know the ins and outs soon. :o/ Hope the weather gets better or we will have a rather soggy time of it!!!!

Whew that's a long trip Linda. Hope you are not fleeing from one wet corner of our sodden isle to another equally soggy place! Glad you are keeping busy with your sculpting too. Sounds like a very sophisticated bit of kit to me....your new camera. Techy stuff coming out now is a testament to man's ingenuity and inventiveness.

Luckily we are flying Dorjac. I have been looking at the weather forecast and we seem to be leaving rain for hot sunshine!!!! Think I can put up with a bit of sun.:o)
Barry and the two boys are doing the sculpting in the Royal College of Art workshops. My son Mike works there. I paint portraits, but I am having a proper holiday!!!! Perhaps the rain will have stopped by the time I get back and my poor garden can enjoy some sunshine too.
