Spirea Gold Flame.

I love this small shrub. It has so many different looks through the seasons. It’s gone from bright attractive bronze-tinged new growth last month to a soft pinky yellow this month. Panicles of rosy red flowers rise above the foliage in summer. Then it will develop into a brilliant coppery orange in the autumn. It brightens up this area under the large Spirea Bridal Wreath.

They are happy little (some not so little) shrubs.
