😂 😂 😂 I hadn't realized but you are right!
"Nasturtiums are edible aren’t they? "
Yes, I believe all parts of the plants are edible - not that I've ever tried eating them! (I leave that to the Cabbage butterfly caterpillars!😂)

😊 sorry my comparisons can be a little peculiar sometimes at least you understood lol.
Haha I like, I’ll have to try them one day, I’ve had violas before they taste ok, kind of sweet.

I've been growing Violas on the balcony for many years but, like the Nasturtiums, I've never tried eating them!

Maybe I’m just too curious for my own good lol.

LOL! I know both are edible but I've never tried either!

Well at least you could try them if there is ever a zombie apocalypse and you can’t get out for supplies you could always eat the plants 😁

What else?
See who else is growing Tropaeolum majus (Compact Nasturtium).
See who else has plants in genus Tropaeolum.
This photo is of "Nasturtium " in Balcony's garden

If it was black I’d say it looks a little like the Aliens head out of the Alien films the shape that is. I think it’s a beaut the flower not the alien lol. Nasturtiums are edible aren’t they?
