Hi all looks like most of us here in Wales have been taken aback with this freaky weather its been snowing since around 10am today and poor Nico bless him tried t do a little gardening the novice that he is lol…

I was watching him out of my kitchen window and he stepped onto the garden and flew down the slope with no grip at all and his new steel toe cap gardening boots are more like concrete blocks on his feet I really shouldn’t laugh but wish I had a video of that scene LOL LOL I was in stiches well at least he made an effort to try.

hope that this weather break for us gardeners so that we can get the work done and sit out ready to enjoy the fruits of our labors..

Sorry to hear about your snow. I hope it clears soon. We had some here in Carmarthenshire yesterday morning, but it has cleared now and we have rain today. I must say I preffer it.

Looks like someone is hard at work :o)

Hi Hywel thank you for your message I would much prefer rain than snow even if snow looks pretty when its falling but the mayhem it causes is another thing.

I don't even think it's pretty - lol. I think it looks depressing, and it makes me feel as if I am suffocating. :o(
Roll on spring !

Hi,Gina,I notice you said you were on the inside, watching Nico outside!
good thinking....Was he training for the GoY olympics on his own ski run ?
Glad to see he is still smiling anyway.Looks like the ground at the bottom of the garden is going to be hard workand will need lots of good stuff in it before you
can plant, but at least you will be able to prepare it well, till the weather improves, and it will give it time to settle....Once done,it won't ever need so much work in the future...Hope you are going to clean his boots ,as an apology for laughing at him:o))..No snow here, but keeps trying.just dismal, damp and foggy...

It WAS trying to be sunny today, but clouds are rolling in already.

Poor Nico - I hope he got a restorative cup of tea after that lot! ;-)

At least he made an effort, shame on you for laughing, my hubby would think I`d gone mad if I even suggested he wander down the garden at this time of the year .........
