Most people will see a blog I think, but if you want to thank a particular member personally you can send a private message :-
You click on their icon photo, then on the top left you'll see the words 'leave a private message'
Click on that and type in what you want to say.
I'm not very good with computers either. Rather new to it really. Gradually we learn things.
