Yes, I'm sure there are, Jacque. But you've planted some really good food shrubs for the birds there! My Pyracantha outside the back door and all the holly berries have been stripped already!

Goodness Spritz u must have sum very hungry birds in your garden ? My Neighbour Anns Pyracantha has been stripped to :)

Well done Jacque. They are a good food source for birds and wildlife and you have the added bonus of winter colour as well.(The birds in the west country are obese Jacque. They all need to go on diets and can hardly take off when they attempt to fly- Just like jumbo jets.!!! Thats why Spritz is loosing all the berries in her garden. They raid her garden then reach Bristol, feed themselves, and have to run like mad to take off again lol!)

LOL i guess theyl wait till January 2010 now G&A 2 do their Diets as they wont want to miss the Christmas Pudding remains that people feed them on Christmas Day will they ? lol :)

Well, I've told you about the 'jumbo jet' pigeons in my garden before - so G&A are spot on about them! I wondered why they were so enormous - and now I know! They need to go to the 'Obesity Clinic' NOW, let alone in the New Year!

You've some lovely shrubs/trees there, Jacque. I wonder what is wrong with my red berried pyracantha!? - all the berries are still intact although the orange ones have all gone.

They are good shrubs to have Jacque , my Holly berries are disappearing fast , there are plenty of Cotoneaster berries , it grow almost the whole length of my back wall and is still covered in berries , the blackbirds have started on them ......

The Red Bark Colouring is so lovely In Winter San thats another reason why i choose it 4 My Garden :)
