My Wild Flower Meadow

well done jacque it did look lovely last year so even better this year, summer looks happy to see some sunshine to :o)) x

Good luck with it Jac! I think the nice long plumes of grass look much nicer than if it was all mown short....although my hayfever might not think so!! lol

Have your wild primroses come up again yet?

It looks lovely Jacque, I'd love an area big enough to have a meadow. I have plenty of wild primroses that just seed around, not meaning to boast but ours are in flower now & they are beginning to flower in the grass verges & country lanes. Your grasses are beautiful as Sid said.

Iv just remembered their Cows Slips Pam not Primeroses ! I best change the Name in Blog :) lol

I love wild flowers Jacque ( as you know ). That's a big box of seeds. I've seen them. It's going to look great when they all flower . I'm glad Summer was there to help you :o))

Looks so nice and natural Jacque. When did you cut the grasses down, in the Autumn? I just wonder when its the best time so that the wild flowers can self seed.

Hi Jac my Grevilia is Grevilia rosmarifolia and grows to about 150cm tall and about 240 wide I'm really pleased with it. :0)

il have to treat myself 2 some Chocs to eat in my choc box garden Hywel :D lol ,The Grass Paths i planned very carefully Aster so u can walk with ease around it:)l cut it down in September Dawn so it Seeds in time for the Following Summer & Shows off the Spring Flowers/Bulbs 2 :)I liked it last yr to Clarice but want more Colour :)WoW! Sue thats a Tall/Wide Plant im glad ur happy with it :) Its very Pretty :)

you found a good bargain with the wild flower seeds......they didnt have that in our morrisons.....yes i think everyones gardens are going to be lovely this year..
