I so sorry i haven’t visited thiis site for some time however i have been busy with various activities which i will not bore you with, however i thought i would just update on my garden opening for the NGS.
I had 215 visitors this year and made £1,050 for charity.
This year we were more organized having done it once before we knew what to expect!!
I made sure i had more help on the teas and cakes,The bar was always going to be run well by a friend who is on the verge of being an alcoholic Ha!! so had to make sure he paid for his drinks! and we had various raffles an a knitted toy stall.
All i all it was an exhausting day but the sun shined on us and We have survived another year.
I fanyone is thinking of opening their garden ,go and visit a few first so you can get an idea of what to expect.

I've looked at your photos and your garden is stunning. Well done on the money you raised for charity.
