Surreylad, I always enjoy ice-cream :) They make it there with fresh strawberries and vanille, hmmm. I am reducing my weight by this plan: 20 kilometres of cycling - brake: coffee with cake - 15 kilometres of cycling - water with lemon - 15 kilometres of cycling - brake: big ice-cream and slow walk home with bicycle on my side :)

Certainly something to look forward to! What beautiful places to visit and ice-creams to eat.

You have some lovely sunny days to look forward to Kat exploring your beautiful countryside ..is the bridge closed in the winter time ? enjoy your ice cream while you may ,tomorrow is another day :o)

3 big spoons of griotte, soak crunched musli in there (2-3 tea spoons), 4 cups of vanille ice cream and on the top of it disperse walnuts cut in small pieces. Whipped cream can be added too. :) It is very goood.

Yes, it is cherry liqueur. That´s right. We call it griotte.

I would add a bit of grated chocolate to it and a bit of raspberry syrup. Perfect.
And I also don't have any ice-cream in my freezer, lol.
And vanilla ice cream is the best!

Yes, vanilla ice is the best. I do not like all those artificial ones, like kiwi, Tahiti dream etc., full of colours and of strange taste. But I also like lemon ice-cream, chocolate-ice cream, punch ice-cream with raisins (hmmm) or stracciatella. And if they are combined with fresh fruits, like strawberries, raspberries, banana or peaches and freshly made cream, that is SUMMER DREAM :)

I know - all that funny letters we have in my language, lol.
