yesterday,warm sun,almost like april and i noticed my lupins are comeing up as well as my aguiligia(sorry cant spell)or colombine as i call it,and ive got plants growing on one side of the garden but the same ones dead on the other,the live ones were deep in snow and the dead got the frost and wind,shame but on the good side i have space for more plants,but who needs an excuse to buy plants,going to harrogate this year and cannot wait for all those spring fairs to come,chris

Things are showing themselves, I was pleased this morning to see the red shoots of my bleeding heart showing, hoping now that my white one is going to pop up, if not I`ll be like you and go shopping, if theres a gap I have to fill it,lol.......

I love shopping for plants too ..... now my daughter has a garden I am able to buy them for her too. Yesterday I saw a climbing rose, pink perpetual, in Sainsburys for only £1.99. She loves pink and was saying only the day before how she would like a climbing rose to grow on the fence outside her kitchen. Now she has one!
