And no its got nothing to do with buckets……
Hyancinth was a warrior of Sparta… beautiful and strong and much loved by the gods for his dedication….. Apollo god of the sun loved Hyancinth like a brother and visited him regulary to hunt and compete in sports regulary pleading to the gods to make him the demi god of stengh, due to Apollo not being in favour with the gods due to his illtreatment of mortal women (sunflower story) he was refused his request. Zephyrus god of the wind was very jealous of the time apollo spent with apollo being left by himself on several occasions as the men played sports.
On the day of Hyancinths death he was throwing a discuss (frizzbee) with apollo enjoying their time without a care in the world when Apolo went to throw the Discuss back A sudden gush of wind threw the discuss out of control hitting hyacinth on the head killing him instantly… Apollo wept for his friend and stayed by his side refusing to leave… the gods feeling very sorry for apollo turned the blood of hyacinth into beautiful fragrant flowers that flurished the the lands supposedly to smell of him and portray his gentle sweet nature to remind all of him and his untimely death…
I will try to find one that doesnt involve death or greeks lol
