So its another year on and yes im still gardening but not so often on this wonderful gardening forum. Seems like life gets in the way, with two young boys ,husband , a job in teaching and running a house.
Never mind, yesterday was mothers day and my youngest son and I had a wonderful day at Evenly rare plant fair and an explore around the wonderful woodland garden..
My older son and husband are away in the mountains of France snowboarding ,so we had the day to ourselves.

The rare plant fair was the perfect opportunity to buy some lovely plants, mainly for the shaded border..
So i bought for there

also ive taken some pictures of new growth and flowers that are appearing almost daily ..

I’ve lots planned for the garden this year, as we are planning some renovations and that lends itself to tackeling the garden at the same time .
Im planning on moving the pond , extending the flower beds and reshaping the lawn and well as putting in a new patio..
Hopefully I’ll have have time to keep a record of the process..
