Good evening Gardeners and friends. What is clear from reading the blogs on Growsonyou, is that what we all have in common is a love of the earth, irrespective of geographical location or space available, and it gives us so much to talk about. Tonight, at the end of an eventful year I will be with my family, talking about what has happened in 2014 and no doubt speculating about 2015. For me and mine there will be a very welcome new baby joining us in June and I am looking forward to that . My eldest Grandson will be doing his GCSE’s ( I cannot believe that my baby boy is on the brink of manhood!) and my eldest Grandaughter will become a teenager, I am definitely not looking forward to that lol ;). At 12 midnight I will think of you all too and the time we have shared during this year gassing about our gardening issues and other stuff! In 2015 my wish is that you enjoy beautiful Begonias, pretty Petunias and worm free veg! I hope that we will all have the health and desire to continue to enjoy our gardens, we, the sowers, growers and planters, who scatter our seeds upon the ground and patiently wait with optimistic souls and hopeful hearts for the harvest….Have a very Happy New Year celebration and much love from Maggie x

Thankyou and Best Wishes for 2015 Maggie, I like your wish and will be pleased to share it , lol....
I hope you enjoyed your evening with your family, we did the same here, a new baby on the way is always exciting and I hope all goes well.
Time passes so quickly and my grandchildren are young adults as well, grandaughter is nearly 18yrs old, already visiting the uni's and my grandson and step-grandaughter are both 14yrs old and choosing their subjects, so a busy important time in all their lives, not my babies any longer, lol...
