On Monday morning I met Barbara [oliveoil] in Caistor for our arranged visit to the above garden.
What a lovely morning we had. We were greeted by the owners with a lovely coffee.
Their garden is very interesting with lots of colourful mixed planting.
Unfortunately we were too early to see the crocosmias in bloom but we were given lots of tips on how to grow them etc.
I never realised how many varieties there are!
They also had plants for sale so we didn’t come away
empty handed.
After our visit we then went for a very enjoyable lunch.
It was a pleasure to have met my new friend Barbara.
I hope you like the garden too.

Lovely pictures, please could you remind me what the yellow frothy flower is in the fifth picture, I have some but can`t for the life of me remember its name!
